I’m Holly!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been providing mental health care in Arizona and Utah for the past five years.
During the first year of my career, I discovered that my ultimate passion is helping people create thriving, vibrant connections to their sexuality and within their romantic relationships.
I am a sex-positive, queer, and kink-affirming therapist. I celebrate and welcome diversity in erotic expression, sexual lifestyle, gender, and neurodivergence into my office. I am a dedicated professional, EMDR-certified, and have completed advanced EFT trainings. I am taking my sex therapy skills to the next level by pursuing my certification through AASECT.
Outside of work, I’m a travel enthusiast, always searching for my next hike or lake to get my paddle board on, lover of all things horror, child-free auntie, and in a happy 6-year interracial relationship.
